This was a negotiated design-build project for the Kahala Mandarin Oriental Hotel. A natural and calming atmosphere was created in the restructured guest rooms through high quality wood work and finishing. The Spa proved to be a key element in the hotel's achievement of a five-star rating. The spa has been recognized as one of the top spas in the nation.
