Servco Pacific contracted Allied Builders to construct a flagship dealership for their Toyota sales, including new offices and showroom space. Although the entire structure appears to be new, it is actually a renovation of an existing warehouse. Toyota City customers are welcomed by a large open-air courtyard and reflecting pool as they approach the main showroon entrance. A key component of the complex is a state-of-the-art training facility for Toyota mechanics.

This project received the 2007 Kukulu Hale Award in the category of Renovation over 40,000 sf.
